I’ve been running for a few years now as a way to keep fit and healthy. Unfortuantely I have suffered a number of injuries over the years that make it impossible to run at times (let alone walk) but I am trying to keep up to date. Having my activities logged online is one way to make myself accountable. This blog started out as a way to keep track of my progress and my fitness goals but have developed over time. I will endeavour to keep running (and other fitness related posts) to a minimum and link to them here for anyone that’s interested.
